TSK’s most significant milestones


  • In 1986 TSK was set up as a company when the electric departments of Erpo Holding merged.
  • German company PHB Weserhütte, specialised in the design and supply of facilities for mineral storage and handling, was acquired in 1995.
  • TSK began working in the environmental field in 1999, focusing on the turnkey installation of water treatment plants.
  • TSK became the main shareholder in listed company Duro Felguera when it purchased 16% of the company in 2000.
  • The first international subsidiaries were established in Morocco and Venezuela in 2003 and the ones in Brazil, Chile and Nicaragua followed.
  • Working in the solar photovoltaic field began in 2006 and two years later in the thermosolar sector.
  • In 2007 the engineering firms, Ingemas and Irelsa, were acquired and the Company stepped down from the Duro Felguera Board of Directors in 2007.
  • Expansion to the Middle East began in 2010 with projects in Saudi Arabia, India and Bangladesh.
  • In 2013 TSK acquires the German engineering company Flagsol, a company specialized in the thermosolar sector.
  • In 2016 it acquires Intecsa Oil & Gas, a company with more than 50 years of experience in the gas sector.

  • In 2017 its engineering subsidiary Ingeteam Holding is acquired, a company with proven experience in power plant engineering and construction (biomass, thermosolar, conventional)

  • In 2019, TSK signs a strategic alliance with Highview Power, a British company with their own criogenic storage technology.


In 2018 TSK achieved sales of more than 1000 million Euros, with more than 1,000 professionals and projects in over 50 countries, confirming its position as a leading company in technology with a strong presence in the sectors of international Industrial Engineering and Construction.
