HR Technician

Job Description
Collect and review all new hire paperwork.
Follow up and communicate to new hires on missing paperwork
Provide general administrative support to Recruitment team on scheduling interviews, searching for CVs and screening.
In charge of posting jobs on all recruitment portals requested by the Recruitment Team.
Provide back up support to HR Coordinator\ Recruitment in generating weekly report and other reports.
Pro-actively suggest process improvement to enhance the efficiency of HR admin processes
Maintain data integrity in records by performing regular audits
Maintain internal and external job postings 
Proactively troubleshoot system issues working closely with Corporate HR team 
Generate ad hoc reports, merits/analytics for senior leadership team
Other projects as assigned
Location Kuwait
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma mandatory
Bachelor / Master degree in HSE preferably
5 years’ experience in similar position is mandatory
10 years’ experience in similar position is preferably
Competent with Microsoft Office products, Internet, Systems Management, and other database programs
Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn
Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time
Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift
Skills to operate common office equipment
